Guide - Tactical gear for airsoft

Great guide to all the tactical gear you need for airsoft, from head to toe! Yep, we’ve made “the list” of everything you need to get closer to your goal of becoming a professional airsoft player!

What is tactical gear? It’s equipment designed for a specific purpose. For example, clothing keeps you warm, protective gear helps prevent injuries, and storage solutions hold specific items such as magazines for your airsoft gun.

There’s an enormous amount of gear to choose from, with some items being more essential than others. So, it’s useful to have a quick overview of the best and most necessary equipment! We also offer MOLLE gear, which uses a universal mounting system that makes it easier for you to attach and customize your equipment exactly the way you want it.

Some of the recommended products below may be out of stock from time to time, but they’ll be restocked. So join the waiting list and we’ll let you know when it’s back in stock! You can find all equipment here!

Tactical airsoft gear, from head to toe

Helmet

A complete airsoft outfit should include a helmet. One of the benefits of wearing a helmet is that you can attach headphones, an action camera, night vision optics, or similar gear to it. The helmets below are both super practical and lightweight.

Goggles

If you’re going to play airsoft, clubs require you to wear goggles to protect your eyes. There are different types, such as “sniper goggles” and low-profile versions that let you get closer to the scope or stock. Otherwise, you can find all our tactical goggles here.

Lower-part goggles

It’s also important to protect your teeth—in Norway, going to the dentist isn’t exactly cheap! We therefore recommend wearing a mask that covers the lower part of your face. Here are all the mesh masks we recommend. Those with soft fabric around the ears are a bit more comfortable to wear. You can find all our tactical masks here.

Full-face masks

If wearing both goggles and a mask sounds like a bit of a hassle, you can choose a full-face mask instead. “Top-of-the-line” masks = i4 and i5!

Strap/Sling

A rifle without a strap/sling is like a pistol without a holster. It’s important for handling your rifle during games. Depending on your tactical needs, you can choose a 1-point, 2-point, or 3-point sling.

Vest

A complete tactical airsoft setup must include a vest. They’re great to wear since you can fit plenty of gear in them, such as extra magazines! There are both complete vests with all the pouches included, as well as vests where you can attach whatever you want yourself.

Belt

Next, you’ll need a tactical belt! Perfect for attaching a holster for your pistol/sidearm!

Holster

Holsters that attach to belts. We have a range of models depending on what you’re looking for. The three models below fit over 80 different variants.

Knee Pads

If you’re going to crawl around on the ground in the forest to find the perfect position, knee pads are incredibly useful!

Gloves

If you’ve ever been shot in the finger by an airsoft BB, you’re definitely wearing gloves now.It stings! Protect your hands from the weather, wind, and all the flying bullets coming your way!
