Instructions for use
- Hold the knife against the stone at an angle of 10 to 20 degrees.
- Swipe one side of the blade over the stone.
- Turn the knife over and sharpen the other side.
- Carefully test the sharpness of the knife.
- Clean both the knife and the stone after use.
