Snowpeak's 4–16x50 AOE is a riflescope that is perfect for when you want more control over point of impact and detail, whether you are shooting air rifles at the range, building a precise softgun (DMR/bolt), or want a scope that can also function for light hunting use where relevant. The 4–16x magnification range makes it easier to shoot accurately on small targets, while still having a usable field of view at lower magnification.

AO for sharper images at short and varying distances

AO (Adjustable Objective) allows you to adjust focus/parallax according to the distance you are shooting. This is especially useful for airguns, because shooting distances are often shorter and more variable than in traditional rifle shooting. Proper AO adjustment provides a sharper sight picture and reduces the risk of parallax errors when you move your gaze slightly behind the eyepiece.

50mm lens and 30mm tube

The 50 mm objective lens contributes to a comfortable and bright sight picture, while the 30 mm tube diameter provides good robustness and often more adjustment range in height/side than smaller tube diameters. This is an advantage when you are fine-tuning the setup and want a little extra “margin” in the adjustments.

Assembly

The scope has a 30mm tube and comes with 21mm mounts. If you want to use this on a rifle with 11mm you will either need an adapter that goes from 11mm to 21mm, or new mounts. Just make sure the ones you buy fit the 30mm tube.
