Sharpening your knives is the most important thing you can do to improve the longevity and properties of your knife. With this sharpening block from you can sharpen curved knives such as spoon knives and chisels.
One side of the block is leather and the other is sandpaper. It comes with both green and gray polishing paste as well as a user manual so you can polish and maintain your knives perfectly.
